No thanks.
Got it from friend. Not sure can it be released to public and so put in under limited access area.
I know HWL will provide 機電圖 (not sure any other plan from management office or HWL  :? 機電圖 should be in scale but no dimension. However it is more simple. You can check out the dimension figures and put them on it for your "fitting".
