Anyone had use Mr Jim for checking defects?
Can you share what kind of services he will provided?
We had only 3 days for checking defects. How much time will he spend on each flat?
Is it better to ask him to come to check on the first day that getting the key?
Will he check the flat once again after improving/removing the defects?

he inspect each parts and will print a report and explain to you.  He just inspected for around 1 hour only.  on the day of inspection he has two assistants come with him not every part of the flat is inspected by him.  i asked him to come just 2 hours after i get the key and then give the report to MGT office ar.  Mr Jim will charge another cost if you need 2nd inspection.

i think 1st inspection is enough.

吓...咁快....我個Surveyor玩左大半日....
not only include 1st inspection wor 1st inspection only spot out the problem after developer complete the defecct surveyor will come and check again.
