Not only the fucking defect but also the club house fee. Monthly fee $150 it is ridiculous to charge us what facilates they give us ?

Nowaday the developer is very clever. Hutchison still owns the hotel shopping center and car park. Even we can form a 業主委員會. We may not have enough voting power to change the current estate management company.
