Tako & Sukie I believed Y &T 有些新樓had already included fire insurance in the management fee. therefore I suggest you to talk to 渣打 before you pay the fire insurance fee(save money ma).

Hi Jade

一般火險是否在我收樓後便要即時購買?因現在渣打在我收樓前便要直接在我戶口扣數(我無得Say no).無問我是否同意而我不想同 :em13: 渣打買因價錢太貴(比自己揾的保險公司貴3倍).但他們又無俾足夠時間我去揾資料証明(因這幾天是假期)我感到無奈.他們雖說明可以退保但會有$100minimum charge.跟本就係明屈$100.若有業主不知情便會由佢安排購買蝕足千多元.他們的手法很賤.在此希望在渣打做按揭的業主們留意.若管理公司的火險條文 :em13: 渣打不接受都要自己出外找保險公司唔可以俾佢得逞. :evil:  :twisted:
