好激氣，維修冷氣問題，請幫忙!

我兩個月前已complain三間房的冷氣今年一開已同時唔涷，好明顯係安裝問題引致。

今日管理署覆要我地自已出搭棚費、維修費，估計話要五六千元。 :em07:
我真係好嬲，五六仟元可以買三部全新的窗口式冷氣連安裝喇。
如果佢地的冷氣係質量好，安裝得好，又點會經過一個冬季後就三部一齊唔涷。 :em06:

1. 你地有幾多人正等待修理冷氣? 不如集合一齊要管理署用吊船攪掂，咁都叫我地'貴客自理'，好離譜 :twisted:  :em13:

Last year I call Fortress engineers for repairing. Don't need money because they are under warrant.
This year I don't know.

The bigger one in the living room was changed in the last year. It is normal.

佢地話租吊船都要租$3500 ，搭棚要$4500。檢查都要吊船/搭棚，好誇張!
唔通要我比1萬 就要比1萬咩!

去年六月入伙，我都好少開冷氣，今年四月就發現三部房冷氣都唔凍，肯定是安裝/質量問題。 點解要我比幾千元? 慘 :em01:

真唔明．　佢地又唔用吊船，　又放的船係level 5成幾個月

repaired but no need to pay because that was a latent defect.  The air-con are not work since the first dat we moved in[php:1][/php:1]

If you are unable to get Fortess repair you free of charge. You should try to find a air con company repair for you.

If you need to 搭棚 you can try this company

I use them last year and they only charge me HK$1700.

Both Fortess or Carrier (Actually Toshiba Air Con had been purchased by Carrier) are over charge.
