新地Mgt 幾醒，　懂得利用傳媒．到場睇住，費事比ｃａｂｌｅ攪哀個朵．　其用心好明顯．大家（包括”專業”的詹ｓｉｒ）做了一場ｇｒｅａｔ　ｓｈｏｗ．　ｓｉｇｈ！　有鏡頭映住，我係ＳＨＫ　ｄ　ｓｔａｆｆ　態度都會好　ａｒ．　

我覺得ｃａｂｌｅ好ｃｈｅａｐ，　詹sir測名牌樓就是instrument有問題，　用同一個instrument測ｒｃ，　就踩到盡，　講完又講．．．
