你有冇安照網絡安裝說明書去做 應該一次就ok 非常容易o架!

I will be RC on comming Sat. and Sun. If you still cannot access the internet. Please call me or PM to me I go to your flat to check it. Actually the IP is auto detect. Is it your cable problem.

同埋我一個月前試過係RC上到網架

係唔需要o架. 從前在收樓處可以攞到 現在去管理處問問有冇. 我都冇申請過 安裝完就可以用. 如有需要可PM電話給我 星期五晚有時間可以找我借比你用.

I experienced this as well.
Couldn't online for 2 days.

Then I phoned PowerCom to check
they replied my connection seemed no problem.

Then they arranged a "See Fu" to come to my home checking what's happening.

However I could re-connect before the "See Fu" come.

Phone PowerCom to check.

I forgot the phone no of PowerCom but you can phone HGC 1220 and they would re-direct you to PowerCom.
