Hang Cheong too late

I just to want to relief my pressure in here.

I am very disapointed about Hang Cheong I asked 4 months continuously for all my furniture scollection but up to now I still waiting !!!  

How can I do !!!

I had the same situation as you
And I told them I will report the case to consumer council at 60 days limit
At last the furniture arrive in ~70 days

Are you paid by your own or Hutchison gave it to you ?
If Hutchison gave it to you you can call Hutchison to help you to get the furniture or  else tell hutchison to refund it to you.
Because I called them I  finally got my furniture. But the quality is quite bad. I'm  still frighting with Hang Cheong. Anyway you need to tell Hang Cheong that you will complain them and ask for compensation including rent lawyer's fee ...etc and tell them not only refund the amount you've paid. Then they may be willing to help you.

Wh Chui if you don't mind you try this no 2128-7738 and ask for Ms Wong.
May be you tell Ms wong about your situation ask her to help you to solve it. I hope she can help you.
In my case she is very helpful. Because I've just call her today she then call Hang Cheong within 2 hours more senior staff of Hang Cheong call me and discuss with me how to solve my problem.

Everythings are fixed in today's morning. So I can move in this weekend.
