我住開葵涌區反而覺得將軍澳好遠.

That's because TKO has MTR ... even if you have to walk for 15 minutes to MTR stations people will consider it to be much more convenient.

I also considered buying flat in TKO before finally bought a flat in RC

TKO is overcrowded now ... 好快會陸沉  :em02:

yes RC bascially is good to live.......... ....
but provided that there is a good management office............
in fact up till now our managnement office is not up to standard but it must be improved if we put more affort on controlling their managment and give more pressure to them to improve the situation ...........the reason is simple............we are the boss of the managnement office.........we have the right to require them to provide better service and they also have the responsibility to do so............

so please don't give up RC and think more positively.............
I believe that if you sell RC it's difficult to buy a better one using the same price.............
