1. by inspection the water comes from the roof and it means your neighbour above you
2. if you are scientific and willing to try you can ask your neighbour and your self to 'open the water tap'you may see serious leakage when certain water tap is 'opened'
3. if your like legal evidence please consult something like 'food and xxx department' they have a chemical that will 'trace the source of leakage
