Can we use other internet vendor's service?

Have you receive any memo about the free internet provided by Huchison? Is that true? Can we choose other vender? I have heard some of the housing estate developed by CheungKong or Huchison that only allow their telphone and internet service only. Any comment about their service?

現本上現在可以選擇的ISP有:
PCCW
HGC
和其他租用HGC或PCCW線的ISP (e.g. So-net Pacific Supernet CyberExpress)

一定未WORK的ISP有:
I-Cable
新世界

you can use other ISP but you still paying broadband fee to HGC  coz it's includes on your managemnet fee
