對講機門鐘寬頻 [複製鏈接]

大家有無留意我們的單位有以下'特點':
1. 對講機 - 單位內無對講機朋友來訪開大門要靠無線/固網電話公屋Feel!
2. 門鐘 - 門鐘唔係用濕電要用3粒2A電門鐘唔嚮要去廚房換電有無搞錉!?
3. 寬頻 - 管理費包埋局用和記除非自己科水轉用其他政府無監管!

paste in the kithen
i think ok ar ~
if u want connect to "wet" eletric also is not hard ~
just buy a transformer and modify it is ok la
use molbie bell u can put everywhere u want i cannot see any disadvantage on it
and the boardband ..
huterson bardband on the IT field all ppl know that is the best connection on internet wor

地產佬信兩成都唔得.....
而有關包internet的問題....上次開會記得和黃管理代表己經
confirm左係不包入管理費裡面的。
但有冇改過，又或者我聽錯與否.....就...??

講番agent問題，尋日我去睇現樓，後面條地產佬吹到幾大，
老點個客話已confirm左有免費suttle-bus，去埋中環...青衣....尖沙咀...
其實上次開會話...頂多目前都係得綠van...去青衣同葵芳.....
又老坤話個百佳超級廣場成八九幾萬呎.....唉.... :em13: :em13:
