i found no internet at 8:00am dec 4.  i called HGC support and waited 10 minute then they answered my phone. unfortunely their technican was busy and unable to help. they said that they will call back (so far no one call back).
finally the internet recovered at noon time.

(what kind of service ?)

HGC Broadband 好在線快 但technical support 唔得.
作日應該是他們在RC的router 有問題.  又get唔到ip 有ip 又 connect 唔到.[/quote]

不知是否因為未完全入伙 broadband 很快 我 bt 曾經去過 11xx K.

HGC通的時候就很正 我BT到成千K都試過 但我又未試過BB會經常斷線 真是又愛又限.
