係呀 其實Toilet and kitchen d 地磚係有層防漏膠
如果換左可能會滲水
如果唔係太差都唔好換 此終第一手係最好0既
(包括其他部份 如窗 地磚 地腳線等等)
但係佢D質數實在太差[/quote]

其實都唔係我o地話換 佢就換比我o地.
都係佢o地見到有問題先同你換...
好似o的空心磚 窗台雲石有銹. 我覺得要佢地睇睇...
