我個桌面呢幾日出現左十幾個唔知係乜既file，開又開唔到，delete又delete唔到，用anti-visus check又話唔係毒。可以點???

我聽人講有個式可以幫人delete呢0的野~~~係嗎???

請幫幫忙

我以前都試過咁 好似連向safemode都delete唔到 後尾冇理佢 冇幾耐就鏟機再重裝lu

你無同時show個delete 唔到的message 出來 所以唔多肯定
你試試right click 個file show 個內容來睇睇.
delete 唔到的file可能是
1. file name 有問題 explorer 唔食.
2. 有program lock 住o左個file


software 方面
你可以試試 ad-aware 去清spyware

如果因file lock 而delete唔到 你可以試試用filemon看看那一個program lock住個file.

delete 吾到有機會係因為registry 入面咬住左... 呢d 通常係因為你部機吾小心安裝左一d惡意程式. 佢會自動download d 野係你部機同係registry加多個entry 咁樣就係你一開機既時候行

桌面上不明物體係咪... 白羊座穆先生  :

0. 先right click 個files 睇下係咪 read only 整走read only 後 delete
1. 先用filemon 睇下邊個 program lock 住D files.
2. 好運既 試下係 task manager end 左個 task 然後 delete D files (十之八九都會失敗 :dead: either delete 唔到 or 重新出現)
3. 接住係 Registry services msconfig 三個地方 (其實 registry search 會齊哂 但可以係 services 同 msconfig 度 deactivate 左睇下先) disable 個program related 既registry 之後 reboot 試下 delete files.
4. 都唔得 可能係 strange file name 可以用 command prompt 打 dir/x/a 咁會睇到八個位既 dos-8 filename 用 del command del dos-8 filename 就得
5. 都係 delete 唔到 windows 2KS/2K3  resource kit 入面有個 dos tools 好似係叫 rm.exe  用佢來 delete
6. 都唔得行 disk check scan and fix for bad sectors (呢個唔似你個case)

其實呢個先係 best solution 我成日都係咁做!
(但我有 ghost image  : 去做fast recovery)

係吾係成日去埋 D 不知名網站，攪到成日中毒要重裝呀？ :

通常重裝都唔係因為中毒 而係因為試野

我都好少重裝，公司部腦都已經係四年前裝落。
屋企個 Windows 2003 都已經用左兩年，暫時都未洗摌佢住 : ，等佢再訓下先。 :
