I have received the letter from Hutchison in the end of September 03 regarding the recommedation to friend for purchasing RC. Do u receive that letter. If u recommend a new buyer to purchase RC before the end of October 03 u can get $10000 ... Any comment? :>

最初決定買樓，會鎖定心水盤，再經互聯網搜索有關資料和到實地觀察(雖然看不到什麼)，才決定買藍澄灣，所以我係未買藍澄灣時已經看到這個網站。

(更正message : 在"早o的識就好啦" 之前加多一句: 早o的有這個優惠就好啦)

所以各版主o既努力是無浪費，可能有o的人在旁觀察，然後再感受到大家o既熱誠而加入我o地o既大家庭，因為我是經這個途徑入來。(有點肉麻，打冷震) :mrgreen:

我自問不是活躍份子，但就很欣賞大家o既衝勁。

去又一城 franc franc 啦 ! 係 GOD 舊址. 8)

碗碟及家具都幾靚類似 Logon 唔算貴.

:

傢俬就唔係太多不過質素唔錯尤其係 d 木製傢俬有質感

.  價錢就貴少少與 GOD 相約.  Sofa 就更貴 :em03: 買 GOD 好過 !  :em05:

總結就係值得一睇比較下都好 !!!  :em11:

另外隨便問句海港城 GOD 開未呀 !?

上去華人行睇過franc franc 既家俬package 萬幾蚊只有七件家俬款式唔算特別其中有一張椅既款與快餐店用既無分別所以略為貴d. :em16:

i agree :em11: 今期超級睇樓王都有成1版講rc既新franc franc試範單位 (佢地形容到好suitable young people噤講真maybe會有人俾佢吸引倒都唔定 :shock: )不過好多人都知呢個brand d野唔平so i think吸引力唔太大law 佢地重提到依家rc剩番200個單位倒大部份都係40/f以上既單位喎

The design is okay but the prices do not match with the quality.
I like Franc Franc's accessories more. But salesman said there will be no discount on accessories items. :|
