房協明星樓漏水招怨

【本報訊】香港房屋協會屋苑馬鞍山曉峰灣畔屋苑入伙只有一年多，近半單位已出現漏水、地磚破裂等問題。數十名曉峰灣畔的業主，不滿房協的樓宇質素差劣，又未能向業主作出具體賠償承諾，昨早先環繞屋苑大遊行，繼而前往房協總部遞交抗議信。

用料差手工劣
曉峰灣畔於去年八月入伙，區議員楊祥利表示，屋苑雖屬房協的明星盤，但由於用料不合格、手工粗劣，入伙後陸續出現不同問題，在短短一年間，業主所承擔的維修費用高達二百三十萬元，令屋苑的儲備急跌至「零」。
他強調，在本月二日颱風杜鵑吹襲本港期間，屋苑的一千一百多戶中，有五百多戶單位出現落地玻璃窗台及冷氣機機位滲漏的問題。五百多名業主出席上周五的居民大會時，都顯得群情洶湧，並向房協追究維修責任。居民於會上議決昨日再度進行遊行抗議，以示不滿。

about "流/滲水"等ques. 我早排睇tvb都有講過呢d ques.係居屋黎入左伙just 1 yr. 個toilet既洗手盤既面成塊墊起晒上黎 (原來個係用d類似再做物料/車呔既material to make it"o...god how can they do :?: very headache wow...just 1 yr. crazy :evil: hope same this problem never come/stay in RC la.

I can't remember when did I hear about the CK's contractor was resposible for some of the gov's projects and many of these projects were really not good in quality so I wonder whether the rumor is correct or it's just a rumor (i.e. CK's contractor was resposible for some of the gov's projects) Please comment!!

PY is not bad in the market. However quality is depending on specification standard and inspection from the developer.

Saying drainpipe uPVC (i.e. plastic) cast iron metal with internal lining all are suitable for.

However in the view of money which is a different story.

有無聽講過荃灣某屋苑管理基金赤字 ...因為電費開支太大
而家要慳電咩都要慳冷氣又開細d 燈又開少d ...

所以屋苑管理成本都真係要睇緊d
