藍澄灣入伙前回贈租金

【明報專訊】和黃（0013）地產與工銀亞洲合作，為青衣藍澄灣買家提供「6厘租金保證」付款計劃，買家只需先付樓價5％首期，七成一按息率為全期優惠利率（P）減2.625厘，發展商安排25％二按，息率為P，買家可在物業明年4月入伙前，每月獲相等於每月租金回報6厘的回贈金額。

和黃地產副董事總經理徐建東表示，新付款計劃適合投資者，優惠約相等於樓價4％，買家同時獲工銀亞洲發出一張可以人民幣或港幣結帳的信用卡，並可獲1萬元簽帳額。藍澄灣本月至今已售出150伙，其中兩成為投資者。

我返而覺得，是明報寫稿人引用買賣合約內的expire date來說明的
相信並非是官方提供的(最肯定入伙期)

講笑啦! 發展商絕對冇可能遲過deadline交樓，一來要賠錢，二來有捐商譽。你都係死左條心，開開心心等收樓啦...
