Yes. That's also puzzle me.
I sneaked into it and it's very spacious. I guess it shall be re-partition into smaller ones...

霍建中應該係 CS Shop 對面，好似七月開。至於大家樂旁的舖位，就未知係咩。

Not bad at all!
Hutchison already has two brands: Great and TASTE which should be quite fine...
But I guess it may be just 和電飯堂... for their staff only...

"great" belongs to 西武 doesn't it?
"taste" is a deluxe version of park'n shop there's one in festival walk.
