27份售樓書內有19份提及物業內的電訊網絡會由某服務商安裝及/或提供服務。
當中有中英文版陳述不符的情況(見[9])，英文版的讀者，可能以為安排只涉及網絡及設備的安裝而非提供服務。
只有4份售樓書進一步說明寬頻上網服務由某服務商提供(見[10]及[11])。
另有9個物業發展實際選擇了某服務商提供寬頻上網服務，但在售樓書內卻沒有披露任何資料。
3.4. 從調查發現：缺乏披露、不完全披露、和陳述前後不符及含糊的情況比比皆是，涉及的包括 a) 將寬頻服務收費併入管理費；及 b) 聘用預先選擇的電訊服務商和是否只提供網絡設施或包括服務。調查結果令人懷疑買家能否透過參閱售樓書得到足夠資料及了解安排，因而留意該等預定選擇對他們在費用負擔和選擇的影響。

No need to pay $75 it is included at management fee no need to register hutchison plan but you need to take a cable from management office

HGC has directly laid the Ethernet to each of our flat all the router stuff are setup outside you may find more detail discussions in this forum by searching "寬頻" under the search function. HGC internet service in RC is just PLUG and PLAY! No any additional step.

Just call the mgt. office to take the cable any fee? As i bought the flat from 2nd hand market could i take the cable in case the 1st hand owner has taken the cable?
