沉日問過~ 只要交相比會所o個邊就會有~ 唔一定要 join

有臨時會所証只要交相去會所就會幫你整張有你相新証不是幾座先換.同ma如果要去游水要攞張住客証去會所買飛.

We have never apply RC resident cards even we are here for 10 months. We ask the mgt office last Dec; they said club card=resident card need to pay fee. Is it true ??
We are confused and my half stopped me to apply.
How about rent a car??

Yes Club house and Resident card are same one.
But you don't have to pay the club house fee if you don't join.
They will check which apartment you belongs to and if you have pay the club house free when you want to enter the club house.
you can book the car even you haven't join the club house.

Yes ar.
When I first time rent a car about one year before they said it must be the owner.
Last time should be april this year I ask in club house again. they said resident card holder is also OK.

As I know the Cars are owned by all RC owners. The club house will help us to run 2 yrs. After 2 years the OC will need to decide to continue this service or to sell them. For keeping them we need to pay the running cost of those cars & admin cost. For selling them we will have the $$$ back to our account (mainly as a reserve). So that's why they said is for the owners. Maybe I'm not so update (I asked when i move-in last year -June) or maybe only the owners can apply the club membership. :em18:
