個recipe係書度搵o既.冇話要魚膠粉我下次會試o下加.
但點為之mixed it too much呢.
係蛋打得太耐定mix o既時候攪得太耐.????[/quote]

不過我都認同BIKBARK應該係冇放魚膠粉,
但係據我所知係有兩種做法0家。
一個係硬身D,可以 Cut 開一件件,
另一種Creamy D 冇加魚膠粉.

yep if you blend or mix the mixture too heavily the air bubbles inside may all burst affecting the adherence
usually for cake will add 魚膠粉 cos it has to be cut into pieces and stand alone one by one
