好像做成一個供不應求的局面買樓時他們不會給你每個單位的定價去貨的情怳只會給你一個就快賣完的場面對買家不公平不竟大多數是第一次置業。

For long I've already known that the developers are "bad merchants"
In Hong Kong most of the billionaire got their first bucket of gold from elsewhere and quickly try to boost up their money in the Kong Kong's properties sector. Why? because they can earn a lot !

I don't love the developers ... but if I want to have my own flat I still have to buy from them (or else from government)

I guess the chart is not update la..cos I bought 6E but the box hasn't showed "sold". Why Block 6 EFGH have a low occupancy rate?

I don't think there are any problems for having some PRC residents as our neighourhood. Please don't discriminate on them....I have the experience of living in the PRC for over half year. I found that many of the PRC people are very good guy nowaday and are willing to help other people. We should be happy for having a neighbourhood of PRC person becasue we have more chance to practice our Mandarine...la...Right!! Frankly speaking we are PRC residents as well.

事實上什麼人種都無問題，最緊要個人修養好。
我女友個private PTH tutor 都是國內人。兩夫婦有返一定學歷，來港敎書。
好似還敎外國人普通話

我女友對他們的comment是對人友善、不計較、樂於分享....

Is it the reason of better view so the developer set a higher price.
