i found no internet at 8:00am dec 4. i called HGC support and waited 10 minute then they answered my phone. unfortunely their technican was busy and unable to help. they said that they will call back (so far no one call back).
finally the internet recovered at noon time.

(what kind of service ?)

HGC Broadband 好在線快但technical support 唔得.
作日應該是他們在RC的router 有問題. 又get唔到ip 有ip 又 connect 唔到.

昨晚我到6時都未上到網，最後我打去管理處問.
他們話問過和記和記的答覆是 7 時左右會回復正常.

不知是否因為未完全入伙 broadband 很快我 bt 曾經去過 11xx K.

HGC通的時候就很正我BT到成千K都試過但我又未試過BB會經常斷線真是又愛又限.

但每次reboot都能再上網....

一閞機又熄返及上唔到網 :em08:
