請問有冇人知道...舖頭 03年 8月中開咁我收到報稅表咁個課稅年度係由 03年8月中至 04年 3月 31日 or 8月中(即一個年頭)??? :?:

First you need to consider you shop is limited company or unlimited. If you limited co then u need to consider the incorporation date. Then your first audit and Profit tax return will be from incorporation date to first year ended la!!

應該係 depends on 你個 year ended date
假如你嚮3月31日年結你會嚮11月15日deadline
不過你冇收到稅單就可以自己自動同稅局報案等佢出稅單

我公司而家係度趕緊M CODE 即11月15日

舖頭係 UNLIMITED 喎~
上年 8月開而家稅局寄o左張個人入息報稅單我填o左"利得稅" 由上年 8月到今年 3月 31日會唔會錯?

你鋪頭04年8月開根據稅局報稅年期係18個月即係06年2月如你期間收到報稅表只須報寫你期間每月支取人エ(個人入息課稅)遲些你會收到你公司的報稅表你可以做一份收支損益表根據你公司盈利或虧損宜作出稅務平估如有不明白可pm給我
