:?: 請問有無人知幾時開始賣車位? 幾多錢? 可唔可以租? 幾多錢一個月?
如果租唔到咁附近有無平carpark租呢?

我之前都有問過agent 佢話車位約$1500/ month 買就大概15-18萬而電單車位約1/3個私家車位價錢 8)

Really it will be cheap to buy at 150K to 180K for a car park. Found 翠怡's latest car park deal is 280K.

cannot be...coz this car park is for number "9"....at least run 3 years...or u can choose another uncover car park at Tsing Yi South $800 / $1000 for private car....I also rent another carpark b4 for 2 years....
