上次係區議會上面有議員要求環保署再做噪音測試得分係39分貝(dB). 相信係由低過酒店的高層單位裹量度.

藍澄灣係好寧靜架.

I measure immediately in my office.
Only "wind" sound from Air condition already 58dB.
Not possible.
I think it is a average value.
For example measure for 1 hour most of time is 38dB but there is 1 second at 130dB the average can still 39dB.

係都唔奇是關邊個單位業主會開門俾環保署呢? 當然係發展商啦和黃可以叫HIT 係約定時間叫貨櫃船泊另一邊咁就無起重機聲.
