If you are new comer to the parking lot they will charge you $600 I've been parking there since June and I pay $400 a month. It is very dusty and your car will be very dirty after a few days there is someone that offer cleaning service at the frequencies of your choice. BTW: if you don't want to wash the car yoruself or have someone wash it there is a CRC petrol station down the street with car wash facility which does a good job for $60.
