I've wrote it down on my defect list ....long time ago. When I saw this then I called Defect Dept. today they replied that they will fix it for me tomorrow.

Last Saturday had a booking to change the air-con at 10:00am
Waited until 10:05am none showed off I knew that something's wrong
Called Ms Chan immediately she asked me to wait and the crane's coming up. 5 minutes later the crane's coming up but stop at the level below me. I called Ms Chan again but she's busy and another man called back 10 minutes later. He said the worker counted the wrong floor and already start the work at another floor both indoor and outdoor. Cannot stop and I've make another schedule.
I believe that they are not counting the wrong floor (it's impossible as they have to work both indoor and outdoor. None came to my flat.) They made a mistake but "push" the responsibility to the worker. :em10:作者: SEVEN 時間: 2004-10-19 14:05:30

有沒有其他住戶有這情況？[/quote]I've got the same situation (Flat E) but not the last time. So lucky that last time I didn't find any water droplets in kitchen. Therefore I think if rain is too heavy & is too windy the rain may through the fan flow into your kitchen. It also depends on the wind direction. At present I can't said that cover is malfunction. I can only say it helps a little bit.
I won't complain it if it only happened in such a heavy rain.
BE CAREFUL if the rain not flow from the fan then you must call EMO to check it. Because maybe the leakage of window.
