I just concern should we need to buy "Fire Insurance"....
my bank said the management fee should included

Most of the Bank (e.g. BOC DBS) accept our Master Policy. The policy no. HWPG1 which handled by The Ming An Insurance Co (HK) Ltd. Insurance Period from 23 March 2004 to 31 December 2004. You can go to EMO to get a copy of it.
At present HSBC didn't have the conclusion on the acceptance of RC master policy in other words only those have mortgage with HSBC still don't know need to buy or not.

The information I mentioned was from the copy of your Master Policy which I got from EMO on Sep 0404. Therefore I don't know why they had that answer. In your ealier discussion I figure out that DBS & BOC had already accepted. May be you call EMO again and asked them why ?????
May be the one who handling is mixed up with Home Protection Policy and Fire Insurance Policy for all the mortgage.
