有無人知道最新HSBC火險的情況呀? 今日佢地就會扣我地錢喇....因為我仲未CONFIRM AXA果邊....佢地話明日係EXPIRY 今日就會扣定錢.... :cry:

你可以搵佢幫你HOLD住晤好扣火險因為佢幫我地跟進"藍澄灣"需晤需要買
佢同我講有好多RC業主問緊火險問題

係呀大家千祈唔好買住因為我都係hsbc既劉小姐佢話接到我地屋苑好多投訴所以會將我地既case group埋一次過處理依家雖然到期但會當我地係special case 唔會扣錢住. 如果大家再有進一步消息就再聯絡啦......... :wink:

我係按俾星展之前都有哩個問題. 其實管理費已經包埋火險了但係銀行同管理公司冇溝通所以扣咗800+火險不過上個月已經退返. 程序上銀行會問管理公司要火險証明不過和x管理公司o既工作效率......大家心照啦.

A little bit difference HSBC don't accept RC Master Policy.They need the fire insurance cover explosion earthquake... that our Master didn't have. BUT too many people complained that other Bank like DBS can accept it why they don't. Moreover they didn't tell us before we applied the mortgage. As the result they still have no conclusion that we need to buy an extra fire insurance or not? That is the summary.

大家千萬不要同佢買..出去找保險公司平好多架...
我已出去買左亦沒有問題我10月1日到期銀行沒有扣我錢

Why ??? You buy double touch wood if there is ..... you won't want have double compensation.

HSBC had a chance to accept our Master Policy. If you've bought HSBC didn't need it then you cannot get the money back. From the time being HSBC doesn't need us to buy a higher standard policy and guranteed that not to deduct the money from our account.
Just wait for their further notice ! I've strong feeling that they will accept our Master.
