▲ 中原麥成輝表示，和記黃埔地產的青衣藍澄灣，剩餘的 20 伙貨尾，過去周六日賣出 14 伙。其中，第 6 座高層 H 室示範單位， 638 方呎，以 246.8 萬元售出，呎價 3868 元，由於連家具及享海景，造價較同類高 17.2% 。

Say the decoration and furniture worth $80K then the actual price is $2.38M. i.e.$3730 per square. All sea view owner you know what you have to do if you are selling your apartment!!

I have visit the show room and think the decoration and furniture only worth $50K to $80K
