大家覺吾覺每逢星期日成個５樓都係拍滿車，而且ｄ人係度搬野，　有時真係吾知ｄ人係爆完搬野走定係搬野入黎住，　定係搬野黎爆．．
明明有停車場，點解ｄ人吾用呢，
真係又阻人又吾安全，
蛇仔路個入口會吾會有閘架，　好似好開放咁喎，

Yesterday morning I saw a Honda Accord (XX 8100) running fast from Tower 2 to Tower 5 and very behind of me .. And then the driver sound the horn near Tower5.

But I behave his driving is quite danger in RC..

Is it a Speed Limit in RC?

more and more ppl move in .

ppl are not willing to pay for the parking facilities so
they park their cars on L5.

I think we should ask the security to follow the parking policy strictly if it has no improvement after a few weeks.

我O咧恭捖D仔路入RC，閘口"實Q"話只可以停15分鐘，所以理應超時就可以鎖車兼Y橦A問題係"實Q"去唔去執行。
我覺得RC道路設計唔鍺，往停車場要由外面條路入，不經RC的L5，咁已經少好多車出車入。

其實之前都唔知投訴了無限咁多次只不過管理人無重視又無人有勇氣投訴警署(包括我) 前幾日終於斷正俾CID放蛇俾人話保安工作不合格.

所以如果藍澄灣有人投訴任何問題立即OK!

我下個月會搬入RC住 :em09:
我住低層其實都好危險..所以我係晤會"阻事不理" :em16:
:em10: 到時我一定會投訴..真係無改善 :em13:
我會報警..再投訴比區議員叫佢幫RC居民...
:em15: 同時會投訴管理處錢就識收野就做晤足...不如晤洗請佢地做喇 ! :em18:

RC 是安居的安全私人地带
時速不应超过5里和
不可無故响按
楼下行人道窄
小朋友亦多
住客的安全是重耍的
所以汽車管理是必要做的.
重型車要特別批准才可入.

今日發現多一個幾危險既問題今日我朝早9點半多出門口係5樓平台見到有一張紙巾係天度飛飛下我即時醒起從前我都睇過一單高空擇物既事架啦
究竟管理署方面應否考慮好似小巴站咁係行人通道加設上蓋呢莫非真的要有人出事佢地先做野....

Because our road outside RC is narrow!!!!
If we still park at there....
I cant think of what happen could be~~~~~~
So please be self-order first....
And about the ppl outside to sell.....I think we can tell them
"This is PRIVATE RAOD!!! NO CAR!!!"

Just take a example last evening I can see a Porsche Cayenne parking at Tower 5 more than 1hrs.. But no security take action...

RC resident or their friends are quite rich. I can always see expensive and new cars parking at RC e.g. Benz BMW and Porsche...

They are rich but that does not mean they will pay parking fees. Most people buy Cayenne because of the brand Porsche. A luxury status symbol.

However the car is German but the driver is Chinese. It does not match. :mrgreen:

The security had put warning notice if the car park over 15mins. I see many cars still park over 2-3 hours or even half days. Especially Sunday..

One Red RX-8 park at mini-bus stop....
