That's the most important part because if other fees are expensive there is meaningless to join the Club & pay fee $150.00 per monthly.

I try to get the answer from Management Office when shall we pay the monthly fee $150. Always no answer no reply! :evil:

好肯定 $150 is monthly fee only (佗地費)
再玩再計

呢個故事教訓我地 :

一係唔join
No alternative !

好! 既然有 free trial
一於試3個月後先算

不過我估佢地唔會咁順灘
可能要大家預繳先
因為佢預左d人會trial period之後熟沙
3個月之後已經冬季您游埋我份哈哈......

Dear all Do we need recent photo for each member in application?
Management Office said that they need recent photo for application but the notice does not tell they require photo. Anyone can confirm whether photo is required or not?

RC's Deed of Mutual Convenant:

10. Management Expenses
10.16 Keeping of Accounts

10.16 (b)
Within 1 month after each consecutive period of 3 months such shorter period as the Manager may select the Manager shall prepare a summary of income and expenditure in respect of that period and shall display a copy of it in a prominent place in the Development.

10.16 (c)
Within 2 months after the end of each Financial Year the Manager shall prepare an income and expenditure account and balance sheet for that year.

10.18 Inspection of Accounts
The Manager shall permit any Owner at any reasonable time to inspect the books or records of account and any income and expenditure accounts or balance sheet. The Manager shall upon payment of a reasonable copying charge supply any Owner with a copy of any record or document request by him.

It is required by the DMC. It should be the same procedure as Vianni Cove.
