我只係想 吸收議見學下野

如果大家而家仲hold緊rcrest
大家有冇plan賣rcrest
如果有 可唔可以講why

如果大家而家再不hold緊rcrest
可唔可以講why

我只係發覺自己層樓好似3x%空置同有經紀上左黎嗌到好鬼大聲
咁真係自己都驚埋洗唔洗出貨坎左佢
rcrest到底有mud野大家接受唔到ar??????

其實gup漏同恆昌好少事咋??????? 定係大家accept唔到

定係有其他原因

One word only...money. They already want to sell RC it is just because they have completed the defects. Also Grand Promenade in HK island sets a good price. What do you think these people want...

我覺得住落唔係咁差 我指RC一帶的環境
當初好擔心交通的問題
依家勉強尚可接受

RC的特質係旺中帶靜
百零萬有咁環境
我自己就好滿足

當然我地係有付出的
例如管理費及應有權益
在某程度上的居住條件仍然未達到
例如會所 售樓時所述的home中service 管理署的效率 及環境質數....等
我們有必要一直爭取

我覺得有些業主想賣RC
可能係個人理由
又或者他/她們一早未必有居住RC的需要
唔等於接受唔到RC
有可能他/她們低價買入而靚價賣出
又或者見無乜升幅走人算數

以現時尺價$2xxx左右買入全新樓盤
幾乎無囉!
我個人感到很滿足
RC算係咁!

如果是自住的青衣RC是非常好的 其實我都是住青衣的 好多年了.
現時來說 D 人吹襲價錢是非常多的 不停叫你出租啦 放左啦 有幾多幾多可以賺錢的 但實際是一定沒可能的.  你想想 如果你是有按揭在身的話(手續費 律師費...etc..)真的無什麼好處.  所以我見意住得自己舒服的話RC是OK的.

我本身住開青衣之前睇過青衣二手樓好殘價錢差唔多.RC價錢環境都OK朋友嚟我屋企個個都話GOOD(環境)最緊要自己OK.大家最唔開心執屚慢影響入伙不過都過去希望遲D多人住交通可慢慢改善

Of course RC have many dis-advantage but I buy it @ only 2300 per square feet Flat F middle floor. I think this price is really reasonable.
Now I am satisfied living in RC.

Of course I will sell RC in future may be 3 years late. If I can save more money. The only one reason I wanted to sell RC is just because I needed to take mini-bus to MTR if I have enough money I am sure I never buy RC the first choice for me is if my home can be located in walking distance to MTR station but I cannot affort now.

The conclusion is if I have money no RC. But now I don;t have enough money RC I still think it is a good choice.

At this moment 我地都唔捨得賣搬左入黎2個星期
感覺好舒服 好正 至於交通和將來噪音問題 相信憑著大家
努力爭取一定會有改善 以same price 真係諗唔到可以買
邊度更好更適合我地!!

作為一個算死草既人
出貨都冇jetso既
我1900尺家陣放都冇mud yuk食...

但斑左鄰右舍右出貨出得好好好狠下
大手大手咁沽...
睇住部大利市機(即係中原呀 之類既update)
真係好似大log大log咁沽緊

沽到連我都腳軟...
真係日日都tung高隻耳聽nextdoor 班經紀chi chur咁轉...



至於+亨灣
我唔敢入門口呀
貴到chi晒肺架
唔係三四k尺
係78k尺
你殺左我都冇咁多$$$$$$$$$$$$$



數學上一個供2k尺都供到un un 聲既人冇
理由可以供到7k尺

At this moment i have no plan to resell R.C
Many owner believed that RC will be affected by noise in the future when the bridge will be finished in 2008. So they plan to resell R.C.
One point i would like to mention that if you would like to live in a completely silent condition i think that people should move to outlay.

I live din Tsing Yi almost 30 years i saw the change of Tsing Yi island. I think that this is the most convienence time as we have MTR Very good bus network centre of the city.

I go to many resident areas before i brought R.C. I think that the environment  selling price are very attarctive !

So don't worry i think that we will no regret to buy R.C
