download Adware 6.2 (freeware) you can remove most of them.

開唔到e-mail...未必關於spyware問題。
有可能係IE 個outlook 或 outlook express 有問題。
可能要重裝IE...
試下做個window live update.或上網重裝 IE .睇下得唔得
