Actually when I just received the flat. Almost same situation with you. So that I write down as defect. Then after repair. It is much better. They can fix it if you inform them this is defect.

I had the same thing too when I moved in. And I found a big screw and a stone under the sink area but it became alright after I picked them up. :wink:

我都浴缸之前去水都好慢. 之後越來越慢.
結果我打開個塞看. 原來有些包裝用的膠在個塞和去水喉之間.
清理後去水快好多.
