yes one of the sockets assigns me 169.xxx.xxx.xxx and the other one gives me 2xx.xxx.xxx.xxx if i didn't remember wrongly

i have wireless router and i am going to share internet anyway.
the problem is after 搵人拉線 the broadband socket of the smallest room is not working can't get IP at all so i tried another room to see if the worker accidentally connected the wire in the smallest room...hai..no clue at all作者: liuh 時間: 2004-7-6 11:46:59
I found the HGC service in RC is not stable at least yesterday afternoon from 3:00 to 5:00pm. I constantly lost ping packet to the local gateway. DHCP is not working all the time. Not sure if they are doing some maintenance for the network.
So the problem is not always be cable issue. For XP you can try release the IP address and get it again to solve some of problem with DHCP.

according to the "insider" information the case at Rambler Crest is a bit different from other PowerCom buildings because new equipment is installed at RC so we have more than "10MB shared".
