和黃總物業經理陳志球先生剛剛來電回應業主對D/E冷氣的疑問其答覆詳情如下:

1. 發展商與顧問公司豐澤和東芝商討過業主對D/E冷氣的疑問雖然不承認設計方面存在問題但鑑與業主要求和黃將改裝D/E冷氣並承擔一切費用.
2. 至於冷氣改裝基本上有兩個方案原則是力求減低對居民滋擾而達到改善冷氣制冷效果:
A方案:--> 繼續使用原有的室內同室外機在室外機加裝另一壓縮機(CONDENSER)以增加制冷量. 預計三個月可完全工程.
B方案:--> 繼續使用原有的室內機東芝將設計和生產另一型號更大匹數室外機以取代原有的室外機.預計六個月可完全工程.
3. 對於以上方案現時並未沒有定論進一步消息將公布.

對於和黃回應我審慎樂觀至少他們正視問題開始合作提出解決方案其態度已好過一些發展商.　冷氣關注組將研究和黃提出的方案並作出回應.

鑑於和黃已開始合作關注組將押後進一步投訴行動直至冷氣問題完全解決為止.

我相信和黃有誠意解決問題希望大家建立溝通渠道達至雙贏以解決問題.

我肯定唔只D/E單位冷氣是有問題
跟本開到個冷氣最大都係冇嘜料到! 雖然不至於會熱死!
但以部冷氣機送出離o既冷氣係唔夠供應比全個廳! 跟本唔reasonable!!!
我全屋叫做最凍就只係睡房果部!
開頭收樓我諗住部冷氣機係work就算但係就越睇越諗就越唔對路.... :twisted:

和黃將為所有D/E單位加壓縮機無論你是否有報defect.

我嘗試安排冷氣關注組於今個星期六開會議其間會討論和黃的解決方案. 我建議其他單位派代表出席 (PM me your contact) 關注組會了解情況做出跟進.

I also support you. I also feel not cool for my flat (683" size). If possible to be fair all flat should do the same thing coz we are also suffering the same problem but not as serious as flat D/E.

not only in flat D/E have this problems
but also flat F in tower 6 has air-con problem in our room because of the L shape of our room. :em10: :em10:

Good Point.

The time line is the first rough projection. But considering number of flats
it's time consuming. To me one time one step. We will focus on the solution first to ensure it does solve the problem. Then we will move on to speed up the process.

You are right! But bear in mind that changing the air-cons for all 5 towers is a big project. We can't expect them to finish it in 1-2 months. It's a good start anyway. Remember we still have many hot summers to come so it's worthwhile waiting.
