I wanna know something.. when we signed the contract in Baker Mckenize Invoice stated there is a payment for management fee in advance. Isnt that included for the first 2-3 months and we dont have to pay for that ?

未必一定係因為有D人可能提早上律師樓簽野以屋契上填的日期為準.

攞匙果日計唔準確架因為你攞key果日可能己經係成交日之後一兩日你可以問返律師樓邊日係成交日(completion date)就係由成交日開始計.
