我們昨日親身到收樓處查詢為何咁耐都未執好.......
因在5月22日已有林先生(收樓處職員)同蔡先生(保華)同我們一齊上單位清楚了解未執好的地方。
昨日收樓處的人話那個林先生昨日開始已不在RC，
現在由一位 Ken Ng (Estate Officer)及另一位人 負責第一座，
我們問我單位的紀錄，進度如何?
他竟然答不出，只一直說唔緊要，我一陣同你們一起上去看看中有乜未完成..
我們問你們沒有將紀錄用其他方法記下，以便業主查詢時其他同事亦可解答???
最可笑的是，他們竟然完全沒有交收工作，是我們叫 Ken Ng找回當日那位林先生用簿記下的紀錄，他們才去找............. :evil:
我們要求見他的上師 Ruby Wong (Seniro Estate Offcier)
由於那時已約一時十五分，Ken Ng 答應在二時在收樓處等，
我們、Ken Ng 及 Ruby Wong一同上樓了解我們單位的情況如何?????
當我們上到樓Ken Ng 已聯絡 蔡先生(保華) 基本上只是欠一些小地方仲未執好
I am very angry. I had phoned 3 time to ask for when to change the glass. However they always say they will phone me to confirm the date.
