Legally speaking we have no grounds to holdover Mgt. fee until all defects are clear as clear up the defects is the not the prequisite of paying Mgt. Fee.
On the otherside we are able to agrue. Because we are new building owner the level of defects are too many as a result we cannot receive our flat as other owners in other estates....
