估計私通基本上應無問題 b/c間的牆跟本不是主力牆. 睇防火層就知道!
只是和黃要保障高層價錢先至不容. 但要不要留橫樑就最好要搵工程帥check先.

Actually the wall is not thick I am in Flat C when I hit the wall link to Flat B... it seems not thick enough just like a partition wall.

However to remove this wall should seek RSE sign a report to confirm no problem otherwise mortgage and insurance will be a problem.
