借問聲大家收唔收到
1. 中電既按金收費通知書? ($960) 唔記得左係咪好似水裱按金一樣係之前律師樓簽名個時係咪已經交左?

2. 滾你費繳費通知單.....? 幾時deadline?張statement好似唔覺有寫.....

if autopay (mgt fee) the statement is just for record.

re water and electricity desposit I checked the last payment receipt in lawyer firm which showing the following items:

mgt fee advance payment
mgt fee deposit
special fund
debris removal charge
communal electricity meter deposit
indivdual water meter deposit
installation charge for individual water meter

I guess "water / elec meter deposit" is not the same as "water/ elec deposit"......i will call mgt office to clarify.

i went to management office today and planned to pay the mgt fee but they don't receive cash no eps don't allow pps....only receive cheque....bad service....

Asked mgt office today we need to pay mgt fee and elect deposit woo.

For mgt fee autopay system doesn't start yet...so need to pay this time even you have applied auto pay.

For water deposit we don't need to pay just give the lobby receptionist the water demand note for record.

For elect deposit we need to pay coz last time in lawywer firm we only pay elect meter deposit.

冇錯我記得我冇揀autopay 咁佢張statement都冇deadline 係咪可以無限期壓後交錢?

我都收到la(電費按金$960)我們之前係沒有交的我們之前交的只是公共電的按金宜家要交的是獨立(私人)的按金是不同的。
我張單有deadline架是28/8呀 :x

mgt fee 一定唔交住，佢仲未執好間屋比我，遲左成十日都未得，只佢賠償比我就真

Really don't need to pay the demand note for water deposit? The demand note clear state that I need to pay $400 before 31/5/04. If the management office or lawyer had paid the deposit for us the Government shouldn't send the demand note to us. I don't understand.

They will handle it for you
After 2-3 weeks Hutchison will post an official letter and recript of the water deposit to you
