如題

上網費口口聲聲話free
但係條數都唔知點計
係啲上網費已經計o左入管理費內咁就叫免費
定真係無需要收o果隻先

如果係係啲上網費已經計o左入管理費內咁就叫免費哩隻
唔用佢o既boardband好過自己選擇其他好過.

各位點睇?

以個人理解，最快的方法是在兩年內成立業主立案法團，要管理公司交出電聯合約的資料，並由大家開會決定要還是唔要. 不過要視乎電聯的合約到幾時.

簡直係擺明益自己公司。不過暫時似乎都係無計。

其實有無可能不等兩年才成立業主立案法團呢？法律上可行嗎？

系架衣家鵝地真系毛野可以做羅謂一可以的真系要快d成立個立案法團而且重要管你公司一定要盡快出返條數出里脾鵝地知清楚個混你費點計出里&包d咩 :?: 重要佢地定期報回任何開支呀吾好只系一味要鵝地交$ :em05:

兩年後是不可能因為取消和電聯的合約而減低管理費.
1. 寬頻的費用不大就算減o左都只會預留給將來RC維修的費用.
2. 就算能取消和電聯的一筆過形式的合約，現在用電聯的人只可以選擇用$138 (電聯的standard price)使用現有的服務.

其實如果唔要寬頻可以減到幾多管理費呢.... ?? 分分鐘減埋都唔夠開過第二間 ISP ? 如果有得選擇用寬頻就俾e個管理費唔要就平d 好似公平d 一來唔係人人都會係屋企上網二來可以自己選擇用邊間 ISP 你地點睇 ??

1. 電聯合約is 2 years we don't have right to broken it.
2. although we 成立業主立案法團 and want to take out current 管理公司 we don't have enough votes here remember Development still have all parking and most of the shops (Fortress ... and parts of Hotel). They're still the Game Player.

as i guess the only things we can do is complaint to Consumer Council and FORCE 管理公司to 將上網費由管理費抽出

這種合約應該是all or nothing. 全rc或個人.....
所以影響都會幾大.

If we need to establish 業主立案法團 we need > 50% pass the vote but 大業主 own already 30-40% so all of us needed to be here???????

因為佢唔可以簽一百年 ....

所以呢要快 D 組成法團 ~
快d 引入競爭

兩年後 ~ 呵呵 ~

到時用 i-cable 睇波先有保證 ~

另一個問題兩年後如果仲要俾電聯掠水咁管理費有好大機會會加! :em03:

有個問題佢係大業主 d 地方係咪佢都要嘔滾你費?

都低能既
car park 唔通又整個 port 上網咩 ...
要投 1. 就逐個用戶為單位咁去投票  8)
再唔係 2. 跟業權份數俾滾你費

一二我都贊成  起碼我地d小業主無蝕底先
