Yesterday I went to check the status. Actaully I just applied the defect list aboout 12 days. They have changed all window handle and write down what will they do on the label in toilet. I feel they will take some action soon! Their attitude is not so bad and the respond time is acceptable. Anyway I still need to monitor the status twice per weeks for safe.
