If the whole stroy reach the press I don't think we will loss. We have sufficient ground to support our action we are passive. hy we take such action is due to the BMO/Developer fail to take possible actions to recover those defects as reported.
BMO cannot blame this is out of their control even so. Today is mid of May already count from the first day early April some residents stary receive the key and report defects. BMO/Developer should have responsible time to take actions to recover those defects to learn and coordinate with relevant parties to act much better. However it comes to our disappointment that those defects not only cannot recover and even become more and more worse.
We have sufficient grounds to show that this is the negligent of BMO/Developer to handle the problem. WHy BMO charge us Mgt. fee "after" we receive the key it means we can start to enjoy the benfit of our flat that we buy. We only act in good faith and industry practice to allow BMO/Developer to coordinate and get into our flat to recover those "minor" defects discovered. However what come in front of eye is. BMO ignore our request and only blame Developer.
If we agree with the slow and uncoorporative manner of BMO/Developer then why do we get our key in April?? We should better get our key in June of 2003 when RC is still a construction site. At the moment most of our flat are still looks like a "site" rather than a "flat" with reasonable quality for us to live. BMO should better charge us mgt. fee during the construction stage.

actually the developer want to give the flat to you earlier because they can stop paying the electric bill and water bill and also start to receive the management fee. The most important thing is that when they give the flat to you later than June 4 they will need to pay for the interest and also the greatest risk is that all the owner will sell the flat back to the developer.作者: 草龍 時間: 2004-5-15 23:07:23
