I read newspaper said Park Island all roof units will sell at $8500-10000/sq. f. How come the highest in RC is only $3500/sq. f.? :?: We have Victoria Harbor view.

It is just the target price. Has there been any real deal? If a real deal come certainly will stimulate the price in RC... so don't worry...

Have you heard about the government reject the application for shuttle bus in RC? The reason is there are 2 more minibus rounte for us to choose. But I think there is a hotel how can the hotel guset go out? Also by minibus?

其實各花入各眼. 我試過ride my bike from office (HKU) back to 藍澄. 只需十五分鐘左右. 出左西隧連一枝紅綠燈都無就到啦 !!
