club house 到以家都未開又唔知要等幾時
我地咪白比managment fee.
係咪應該deduce fee ar

其實大部分屋苑入伙時，ｃｌｕb facilities
都係未完全用得架!!!

乖啦唔好咁啦! 依家開咪盞"side" 燈油火蠟試想想依家會有幾多人去先 right? 好多屋苑都係入左伙半年以上先開架依家咁又應該未有maintenance fee O者! 咪儲大D 個mgt fee pool 先lor!

大家都唔希望咁快就赤字架嘛!

...management said the management fee does not include the facility fee...that's why we need to pay for all facilities use... :cry:

The only thing we do not need to pay is the swimming pool....
