Hello All
Has been the Club House fee confirmed to pay each month $150 and each pay per charge?? Cos I cant believe that as we have paid the management fee to cover these things and all the estates that I known does not monthly fee for such thing. It's so ridiculous!!! :x Beside we do not have complete (or much) facility as 蔚藍灣畔 昇悅居 維景灣畔 & 宇晴軒 etc. And we are paying almost the same management fee at $1.3 but less facility. Is he nuts or what?!
Can any one tells me that it is not true... :cry:

it is ridiculous the agent said the management fee is cheaper than other estates and the facilates are quit ok too however if we need to pay $150 monthy fee what the management fee different between the other estates and we also needed to pay for each facilates. 我覺得如果每戶$150會籍再加上用者自付 都可以接受. 最緊要就唔好係我地貼酒店.
